Thank you for signing up for this week's Art+Nature Sesh, on Saturday 3/20, from 10:30-11:30am. This month we will create a Spring Still Life together, using real flower petals! We will go over some of the basics in drawing a still life (shadow, contour line, scale) and then add our natural materials to personalize and add a 3-D element to our work!

Please choose a vase/jar from your house for our still life, and take a nature walk to collect your flowers before the start of class!

Here are the supplies you'll need for this week's sesh:

• 1 piece of thick paper

• pencil & eraser

• liquid glue / junky paintbrush / small piece of foil

• 10-15 collected flowers

• 1-3 vases / jars / containers to use as references while drawing our still life

• scissors

• optional: colored pencils / pastels / crayons / markers
